Delivery Information
At Yomame Limited, we endeavour to deliver your order as quickly as possible. Orders placed before 1pm, Monday to Friday will generally be despatched the same day, however during busy periods this is not always possible so please allow 1-2 days for despatch when placing your order. We send all our orders via a signed for delivery service to ensure we have proof of delivery.
Once despatched your order should be with you within 1-3 working days depending on your location. International orders will take longer, depending on country and customs clearance. Sometimes delays may occur due to reasons beyond our control.
Customs
Some destination countries might levy a customs or import duty. These will be borne by the recipient. We have no control over these charges and cannot provide information on them. Please note that delays can occur in customs and these delays are beyond our control.
